The app uses licensed sports data from Opta / Stats Perform, including, but not limited to, (match results, player and team statistics, league tables, and tournament/match details). This data is protected by intellectual property rights and may not be used outside the app.

  • Operate the app and improve performance and user experience. 
  • Display real-time sports data and statistics.
  • Personalize in-game content and experience.

4. Use of Opta / Stats Perform Data

All sports data within FantriX is exclusively licensed for in-app use under our agreement with Opta / Stats Perform. Users are strictly prohibited from:

  • Extracting, copying, distributing, or reusing any sports data outside the app. 
  • Using the data for commercial purposes, AI model training, or machine learning.
  • Republishing or sharing any statistical content in any form.

Any violation of these terms constitutes a breach of the usage agreement between our company and Opta / Stats Perform and may lead to account suspension and legal liability. Both our company and Opta / Stats Perform reserve the right to take legal action against any user or entity violating these terms. FantriX also employs smart systems to monitor and detect any unauthorized data-extraction activities.

5. Data Protection and Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, use, or modification. Your data is securely stored and processed only for purposes related to operating and improving the app. Xtechno Solutions L.L.C. does not share user data with any third party except where necessary for app operations.
