Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the FantriX app (“App”), owned and operated by Xtechno Solutions LLC, registered in the United Arab Emirates. By using the App, you fully agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Definitions

  • Company or We: Refers to Xtechno Solutions LLC, the owner and operator of the FantriX App.
  • User or You: Any person who downloads or uses the App.
  • App: The FantriX App and all services and content provided through it.
  • Game: Any activity, competition, or virtual challenge provided within the App.
  • Price: Any cash reward, in-kind reward, points, or any other form of reward granted to the user according to the Game rules.
  • Licensed Data: Sports data and statistics provided by Opta / Stats Perform and subject to intellectual property rights.

2. Eligibility

  • Users must be 13 years or older to register.
  • Users must reside in a country where the App is legally permitted.
  • Registration is prohibited for Company employees, their family members, or any legally restricted persons.
  • The Company reserves the right to verify the user’s identity, age, and location before awarding any price, and to refuse or cancel ineligible accounts.

3. Account Registration and Use

  • Registration requires accurate and up-to-date information, including: name, username, email, password, and date of birth.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information. Any unauthorized use of the account is your responsibility.
  • Only one account per user is allowed; violations may lead to immediate suspension or deletion.
  • Accounts may not be sold, rented, or transferred to third parties without prior Company approval.
  • Users must immediately report any unauthorized access or breach of their account.
  • The Company reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts containing false or fraudulent information.

4. License and Restrictions on Sports Data

  • All sports data within the App are licensed for exclusive in-app use only, under the agreement between the Company and Opta / Stats Perform.
  • Any use outside the App is strictly prohibited, including copying, distributing, reusing, or training AI models.
  • The Company and Opta / Stats Perform reserve the right to take legal action against any unauthorized use.
  • The App uses intelligent systems to monitor unauthorized data extraction.
  • Users are advised not to use data outside the App to avoid legal liability.

5. Services

  • The App provides fantasy sports games related to football and other sports.
  • The Company may modify or discontinue any service within the App at any time without prior notice.

6. Subscriptions and Payment

  • Some services are paid, and payments are processed via the secure Stripe payment gateway.
  • All payments are final and non-refundable, except in the following cases:
    • Duplicate charge.
    • Technical error preventing service delivery.
    • Exceptional cases approved by management.
  • The Company ensures the protection of payment data in line with the highest security standards.

7. Winning Mechanism and Prices

  • Winners are determined based on the total points earned according to the Game rules published within the App.
  • In the event of a tie, the tie-breaking method specified in the game rules applies.
  • Prices may be cash, in-kind, or any other form determined by the Company.
  • Prices must be claimed within 30 days of announcement; otherwise, they are forfeited.
  • The Company is not liable for delays in price delivery but will process them within a reasonable time.
  • Any taxes or government/customs fees on prices are the winner’s responsibility.
  • Prices cannot be transferred, exchanged, or sold without company approval.
  • The company may withhold or delay price distribution until any security or legal verification is complete.
  • The company may revoke a price if it is later found that the win involved cheating or violation of these terms.
  • Users must provide accurate information to receive prices; errors are the user’s responsibility.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Cheating or manipulating game results.
  • Using AI tools, scripts, or automation for registration or gameplay.
  • Using virtual private networks (VPNs) or (Proxy) to change or hide geographic location.
  • Creating multiple accounts.
  • Unauthorized access to the App or its data.
  • Using abusive language or harassing other users in any way.

9. Content and Intellectual Property Rights

Company Ownership:
All elements of the App — including, but not limited to, (the user interface, designs, texts, images, logos, source code, features, creative content, gameplay, user experience components, and icons) — are exclusively owned by Xtechno Solutions LLC and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Opta / Stats Perform Ownership:
All sports data and statistics — including, but not limited to, (player data, match results, numerical statistics, tables, analyses, goals, ratings, and sports events) — are the exclusive intellectual property of Opta / Stats Perform and are licensed for in-app use only under the official agreement.

Users may not use any content without prior authorization from the Company or the licensed data providers.
Users retain limited rights to the content they provide within the App, in accordance with the Terms of Use and Content Policy.

10. Data and Privacy

  • Your personal data is processed according to the App’s Privacy Policy, in compliance with GDPR and CCPA.
  • The Company does not share user data with third parties, except for operational purposes necessary for the App.
  • By using the App, you consent to the processing of your data as per the Privacy Policy linked to these Terms.
  • The App’s privacy policy is an integral part of these terms and conditions, and adherence to it constitutes full compliance with your use of the App.

11. Self-Exclusion

  • Users may request temporary or permanent account closure directly through the App.
  • During self-exclusion, users cannot participate in games or claim prices.

12. Acknowledgment of Risks

  • Users acknowledge that participation in games is at their own risk.
  • The company is not responsible for any moral or material losses resulting from participation or app usage.
  • The company does not guarantee any results or profits from game participation.

13. Amendments to Terms

  • The company may modify these terms at any time.
  • Users will be notified via the App or email, and continued use 30 days after notification constitutes acceptance of the modifications.
  • Amendments do not apply retroactively to previous transactions.

14. Disclaimer

  • The app is provided “as is” without any warranties.
  • The company is not responsible for service interruptions, data loss, or damages arising from using the App.
  • The company is not liable for any third-party content or services.

15. Legal Responsibility

  • You agree to use the App at your own risk.
  • The company and Opta/Stats Perform reserve the right to take legal action against any unauthorized use of data or the app.

16. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

  • In case of a dispute, an amicable settlement or friendly arbitration attempt will be made first.
  • If unresolved, jurisdiction lies with the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
  • The official language of these terms is Arabic, and any translation is for clarification purposes only.
